Order Issues

I did not receive anything after I purchased my course/s? Nothing has been sent to my e-mail?

Please check your spam folders as we have noticed hotmail/outlook filters have been catching them – if it is not in spam check in your account to make sure your email is correct.

How do I access my course?

After you make a purchase, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link to each of the courses you have purchased. Once you open the link, you will be prompted to provide your first and last name and then start the course.

I have purchased the wrong course

Unfortunately, we are unable to swap courses. However, If you’d like to speak about a refund, get in touch, you can send us an email to [email protected] or online, by selecting Contact us at the top of this website. Please provide your order number as a reference.

Do I have to complete the eLearning course immediately after a purchase?

No. You have 12 months to start your eLearning course so you can, for example, purchase it on Monday and complete it on Saturday evening.

Do I have to complete my course in one sitting?

No, all courses are bookmarked as you progress through each slide. It is important that you have a secure wired internet connection to ensure the progress will be stored on your profile.

 

Technical

What do I need to do to start the course?

We recommend the following in order to ensure the best experience: Launch the course on a PC, laptop or tablet. The system is fully optimised for mobile view, however; the learner experience may be hampered due to screen resolution. Use our recommended, preferred, and tested browser: Internet Explorer 8 and above but the system will work on other browsers such as Firefox, Chrome or Edge on a PC or laptop.

Requirements to start the course:

  • A PC / Laptop / Tablet.
  • Wired Internet Connection.

Can I do it on my phone?

The system is fully optimised for mobile view, however, the learner experience may be hampered due to screen resolution. We recommend using at least a tablet but preferably a laptop or desktop computer.

Do I need an email?

Yes, you will need an email to be able to access your courses.

What kind of device do I need to start the course?

To launch our courses, you can use a PC, laptop, or tablet. The courses are available online, so you just need an internet connection and an internet browser. All the course content is delivered within your browser, so if you are viewing this website then you have all you need to complete the course. You don’t need to download any other software. To ensure a seamless experience we advise to use a wired internet connection when completing courses as some courses may require a video to be streamed.

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the login page. Please enter your username or email address. Once submitted we will send you an email with a link allowing you to create a new password.

 

Refunds

I have purchased the wrong course

I am not happy with the product

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from WA Management. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected]

Is there anything I can’t return?

Courses that have been started can’t be exchanged or refunded.

 

How it Works

What happens after purchase?

When you purchase the course, you will be sent a confirmation email with your invoice and you will be able to instantly access your courses via the email or by logging in.

How do I access my course?

After purchase, we send you an email from [email protected] with a link. Click the link, provide your first and last name and then start the course.

What happens if I fail the test?

All courses have a 70% pass rate.

When failed, the course is no longer accessible and consequently must be repurchased.

How do I access the Certificate?

After completing the course, you are given the option to Download the Certificate. If you completed several courses or purchased for an organisation, you can download certificates within your account by clicking the ‘Download Certificate’ icon in the ‘Action’ column.

How can I set up and keep track of multiple users on courses?

When you receive the confirmation email it will contain a link and a code for each course, you can pass the appropriate link to each user. You will receive a report via email every 2 weeks which will let you know which links are used and which are still unused.
